Prolapse Repair Using Your Own Tissue

Jonathan repairs prolapse using your body’s own fascia — the natural supportive tissue — rather than surgical mesh. It is a considered, patient-first approach to a long-lasting repair.

He was one of the first in the UK to develop this mesh-free technique, and remains one of the few consultants outside London offering it — so you can explore your options with real expertise, close to home in Manchester.

  • Uses your own natural tissue, not synthetic mesh.
  • One of the first techniques of its kind developed in the UK.
  • Among the few consultants offering it outside London.
  • Every option explained clearly, so you can decide with confidence.

About Jonathan Broome

I Have Spent My Career Caring for Women Like You

I have been a Consultant Urogynaecologist for more than 25 years, and in full-time private practice for the last 17. For many years I was the region’s only private urogynaecologist, and pelvic health has been my sole focus throughout.

I know these symptoms can be difficult to talk about, and that many women have waited far too long. My promise is simple: I will listen properly, examine thoroughly, and explain everything in plain language — so you always understand your condition and your options.

Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG). Full GMC registration. Member of recognised urogynaecology and continence societies.
